I worked as Junior Executive in mammalian cell culture in a upstream Process for production of monoclonal Antibody for Cancer in Production Department at Biocon Biopharmaceutical Pvt.Ltd from October 2011 to October 2014. I am having adequate experience on culturing of mammalian cells from the range of 10 to 2000 L scale in Bioreactor and handling and troubleshooting of bioreactor. I have adequate experience on single use Bioreactor ( wave and top stirred Bioreactor) and SS Bioreactor

PROJECT TRAINING

M.Sc PROJECT

Project title is ‘Development and Validation of HPLC Method for Quantification of Xanthine and Hypoxanthine Levels in Pediatrics Population’ in ‘Narayana Hrudayalaya’. Bangalore. The purpose of project to develop a protocol to monitor continuously the level of xanthine and hypoxanthine in pediatrics urine. This was done by HPLC technique using C-18 column and dihydrogen orthophosphate & HPLC grade methanol were as a Mobile phase and 5-bromouracil as a internal standard. During my 6 months project training, I managed to maintain and analysis of the samples in HPLC and successfully contribute my best for the fulfillment in my training period.
