Accomplishment(s):

Infogenesis Upgrade: Assisted in the data auditing and upgrading of the point of sales system at all Las Vegas properties. This included working with users from each property to standardize item names and item setup as well as migrating information from the old system to the new system.

Business Systems Analyst

Bally Technologies Inc. (SHFL entertainment Inc.), Las Vegas, Nevada, May 2012 – June 2014

Duties:

Support and monitor day-to-day business procedures and processes for almost every area of the business.

Work closely with internal users to find solutions or improve processes.

Prepare monthly and biannual reports for auditors regarding user access to most of the functional systems.

Accomplishment(s):

Stock Take (Count): Worked alongside a group of internal users to develop a process to improve their current inventory count procedure. Collected information from users and developed a count process using SQL, SharePoint lists, and an SSRS report. Some statistics from the last count: 80% of the locations were finished before noon PST (as per analyst in charge of the count), 64 warehouse locations were involved throughout the US and at least 95 users were involved with the count. Over 10,000 individual items and 89,000 items total counted.

Participated in a Kaizen event to identify opportunities to improve current business processes.

QA Analyst

Duties:

Worked with a group of developers to build and QA a version of the Wynn website.

Built documentation to navigate through a table management system for their table games.
