Project Description:

Sales CRM is specifically developed for Sales Team where users can enter the customer(Account) details, Product details, Principle of the Product.

Sales Team User can create opportunity against the customer with details such as Principle name, Product name and its Rate per quantity, contact details of the customer and other details about customer, sub-status of the opportunity.

User can update follow-up activity and perform call closure activity on the opportunity created.

Users can view Dashboard Reports describing the no. of opportunities created, that are yet to be follow-up and with much more options. Dashboard Chart is developed using DevExtreme Chart widgets.

User can create fields dynamically by specifying the field data-type and its size, so that field is created on backend and UI is rendered for the page.

User can configure Masters such as Sales specialist, Events Master, Wishes Master, Flash news master, Principle master, Product Master and so on which makes the application user friendly to use.

Responsibility:

As a Member of the team, have involved in the system design and coding.

Used Stored Procedures to handle and save data.

Used triggers to handle data on server side.

Worked using DevExtreme Widgets which makes the application look rich in UI.

Used JQuery for the Dashboard chart development and XML/HTTP Web-Service for data retrieval.

Service CRM is used by Engineers where Engineers/System analyst can raise calls against a product.

Worked using DevExpress controls on Text Input controls, Date controls, Dashboard charts, Data-Grid, Report Generation with Export option (PDF, Excel formats).

User can create Account/Customer detail and create Installation against the account on the purchased product.

User can assign the call to the Engineer at the time of ticket creation which can be viewed by the Engineer in his/her mobile using CRM-Mobile app(Android).

Engineer can update follow-up activity and perform call closure activity directly from their mobile device using CRM Mobile app and web application.

User can view dashboard chart reports and other detailed reports based on the no. of calls created per week, month and yearly basis.
