1. Teacher's Assistance for students In Roseville Area High School: 05/2014-07/2014. Duties and Responsibility:

• Actively involved in teaching learning activities.

• Reduce communication gap between teacher’s and students of assigned classes,

• Explain in-class activities in simpler terms, even in Nepali if needed.

• Guide student and make sure that they are following their teacher/s and are in same pace with their teacher/s.

• Help unable Nepali students, there were respective helpers for respective student, so that they can follow their teacher as their other able classmates.

• Help to interpret English into Nepali to new students or newcomers, show them their classes and even help them to assimilate them with their new environment.

• Deal with newcomers/new student with courtesy and integrity: help new student, newcomers, to socialize with their classmate, figure out buses and bus schedule, find out hospitals and attain their appointments.
