Conducted training sessions to client on data-load to mitigate encountered data consistency issues. Established the need and facilitated to create a MPS dashboard to improve production batch schedule and optimize milk consumption.

3) Enfield Farms WA, USA- Dec 2013 – Jan 2014

Carried out the on-site discovery phase of the project to document key process requirements(BRD) and map it to the ERP. Implemented a module for handheld mobile devices to automate lot management during their customized packaging process and their use as scanners to load labels which reduced their manual excel work to great extent and saved time
