Main Achievements:

Increased library staff efficiency and students material circulation process by implementing the new library system. I have also introduced the RFID concept which allowed self-service of check in/out of books and resources in the library without staff intervention. Finding and tracking lost books and materials was also easy using the same RFID concept and hand held devices.

Provided a solution to reset public workstations to original configuration when restarted which enhanced consistency and security.

Initiated the idea of the need to introduce a print management solution across the University to reduce paper and cartridge cost by assigning monthly free printing quota and chargeable thereafter. This idea appealed to higher management and was implemented immediately.
