Currently completing online Web Developer Boot Camp via Udemy having completed studies in HTML, CSS and Bootstrap and will shorty begin concentrating my studies on JavaScript as well as currently taking courses in WordPress, Photoshop CC and GitHub. In addition, I have earned my Bachelor in Science Degree in Information Technology. Furthermore, I am a data researcher in both industrial supply and the tax processing fields. I worked with HagemeyerNA sales tea m to acquire over 50 million dollars’ worth of new contracts. Data analyst with VBO-PWC in the trust tax processing in 2017, reviewing and researching 1041 tax forms. Prior to that I managed a mail room of a local law firm training part time and fulltime employees working in my area and streamlined processes. Ensured timely delivery of legal forms to the court systems and defendants.

Worked Hotline for The Bank of New York Mellon answering client inquiries regarding tax information using Tracker software. Assist customers using database and tracker software to research status of tax forms. Transfer to tax preparers located in various PWC offices via Centergy phone software.

Reviewed 1041 Trust tax forms using OneSource software using MS-Excel to check for accuracy comparing to a DB generated checklist. Documented errors and forwarded to the processors for review / correction.

Printed documents by request of banking clients to mail to their trust holders for record keeping purposes.
