Providing L1 support in 24/7

Monitoring Alerts and Resolving L1 issues.

Monitoring servers health checks and services through Nagios monitoring tool.

Creating Jira tickets for issues and assigning to concern teams.

Filing S0 and S1 tickets and co-ordinate with teams
