05.2016 to 20/07/2017 SALES& EVENT CO ORDINATOR DoubleTree by Hilton London Greenwich LONDON, UK DoubleTree by Hilton London Greenwich is a 4 star Boutique Hotel located in Greenwich. It was part of the Accor Group under MERCURE since its opening in 2012 before becoming an independent Hotel in June 2016.The Hotel is now DoubleTree by Hilton London Greenwich since the 03/02/2017. New responsibilities from February 2017

- Marketing : Creating all the advertising and Brochures for the Hotel as well as creating the offers

- Managing the Facebook of the Hotel

- Assisting the new Director of Sales

- Managing events at the Hotel on my own and referring Target/ Reached Target to the Group,Reservation & Event Manager

November 2016 until February 2017 : Main role responsibilities on the top of the previous ones:

- Managing the Event department on my own after the departure of the Sales Manager

- Managing an Event Assistant thought December for the busy period and making the Rota

- Attend morning meeting

Main role responsibilities included:

- Launch of advertising campaigns in Greenwich & South East London

- Attend trade shows to promote the Hotel (Wedding fair and WTM) with the Sales Manager

- Register on different event websites in order to get new enquiries

- Emailing campaign in order to get new business

- Developing professional long-term relationships with customers and prospects

- Handle new enquiries via phone, email & 3rd party online websites and respond with a quotation in a timely and accurate manner

04.2015 – 10.2015 CUSTOMER REPRESENTATIVE CAISSE EPARGNE Roquebrune Cap Martin, FRANCE CAISSE EPARGNE is a successful bank in France that specialises in financial and insurance products, I was under a fix term contract.

Main role responsibilities included:

-Selling Bank and Insurance services from personal targets such as loans, current/saving accounts or personal health insurance face to face.

-Setting up commercial advertisements by highlighting some of our products in the branch.

-To provide outstanding assistance to customers with all their banking transactions and services by phone, email, letter or face to face.

-Managing the training of interns and new employees in accordance to company policy.

02.2013 – 03.2015 INTERNATIONAL WORK AND TRAVEL EXPERIENCES: From October 2014 to March 2015 : I was travelling across Asia.( Hong Kong, Thailand, Cambodia, Laos, Malaysia, Singapore and Vietnam).

From October 2013 to October 2014: I was in Australia under a Working Holiday Visa, during this time, I worked in different places but my biggest experience was to be Waitress/Barista in Great Space Cafe in Melbourne from 12/2013 to 07/2014.

From February 2013 to August 2013: I was working in Subway in London, This was my first work experience abroad that allowed developing my English Language Skills. My Owner/Manager wanted to promote me to the manager of the shop.

06.2011 – 07.2012 REAL ESTATE AGENT 321 IMMO Roquebrune Cap Martin, FRANCE 321 Immo is a group of three Real Estate agencies in the French Riviera; in 2011 they decided to open a new agency where I worked independently after a few weeks training. Main role Responsibilities included:

-Managing the agency by myself and working closely with the director by email and phone.

-Interviewing clients to determine what kind of properties they were seeking and making viewings

-Developing our properties portfolio within prospecting property owners to solicit property sales listings and advertised them through different Medias.

-Assisting the client in the whole process of buying a property.

-Managing the training of interns.

2 MONTHS – 2011 INTERN IN A REAL ESTATE AGENCY SQUARE HABITAT Menton, FRANCE My school project was to improve the rental market in the agency; I prospected new properties to rent, produced the advertising, visited them with potential clients and finalised the contracts.

3 MONTHS – 2010 INTERN IN A LUXURY EVENTS COMPANY LIFEPLUS MONACO My school project was to develop the birthday children market, which had a potential to be improved. I created a book, which showed all our different products; I was in charge of finding out the most suitable projects that matched the parent’s requests and to the children taste. PERSONAL INTEREST

INTERESTS Travelling, Fitness, Meeting new people, Meditation and keeping myself informed of international News. VOLUNTEERING I was a volunteer in an animal shelter for a few days in Asia and I spent a day in an orphanage with Cambodian children.
