Florida License #101389

MRI Applications Specialist June 2012 – March 2015 BioClinica; I instructed all sites involved in the clinical trials on setting up the correct imaging parameters for the study where all the main MRI vendors, GE, Siemens, and Philips were utilized. I also reviewed all the MRI imaging data submitted for the clinical trials. I also helped them all trouble shoot any problems they encountered implementing the specific parameters.

MRI Technologist November 2010 – May 2012 East River Medical Imaging; helped with ACR Accreditation and involved in direct patient care, performing MRI scans of all types and on all body parts ordered. Discussed patient history and specific protocols with radiologists and called referring physicians offices to confirm exam ordered and to get more appropriate history when necessary.

Project Manager September 2008 – July 2010 ICON Medical Imaging; as at BioClinica I used my MRI experience to help all the sites involved in the clinical trials to set up specific MRI study protocols and help them work through any problems they had implementing and changing scan parameters. I reviewed and consulted with the pharmaceutical company the correct MRI protocol and scan parameters for all three MRI vendors.

MRI Manager February 2005 – March 2008 Methodist Hospital Division TJUH; I transferred here form Jefferson Center City Imaging. I managed the MRI staff and was involved in direct patient care which includes scanning of patients and ACR Accreditation. Discussed patient history and specific protocols with radiologists and called referring physicians offices to confirm exam ordered and to get more appropriate history when necessary.

Site Manager February 2003 – September 2008 Jefferson Center City Imaging; I managed the staff and was involved in ACR Accreditation and direct patient care which includes scanning of patients and ACR Accreditation. Discussed patient history and specific protocols with radiologists and called referring physicians offices to confirm exam ordered and to get more appropriate history when necessary. Transferred to Methodist Hospital Division TJUH to work at my local neighborhood hospital where I knew employees and patients from living in the area.

Lead CT/MRI Technologist March 1999 – February 2003 Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia and KOP West Facility; I worked with pediatric patients requiring all types of sedation, where the nursing staff was directly involved in working with us to make the exam less stressful for both parent and patient and discussed protocols with the radiologists due to the disease process being different for pediatric patients vs. adults. I transferred to King of Prussia outpatient center where I helped start up the site.

MRI Technologist/Site Manager August 1988 – March 1999 Graduate Hospital Imaging Center; my first MRI job where I moved through all the steps of Tech Aide, Staff Technologist, Supervisor, and Manager. This is where I learned most all of my MRI skills.
