1)Plant lay out design (main equipment and auxiliary equipments)

2)Right Equipment selection to meet the desired production capacity as per the feasibility report.

3)Work shop requirement and detailing.

5)After ordering the equipment continuous follows up with the supplier to maintain the dispatch schedule.

oPreparation of technical specifications for the utility & auxiliary equipments based on the plant requirement.

oTechnical discussion with the competitive suppliers for various equipments of the project.

oEstimation, planning, preparation of technical specifications, layout planning for the utilities required for the project and its equipments.

oComparison of the competitive suppliers for technical and recommending them.

oFollow up with suppliers to get the documents / drawings / delivery etc. of the related equipment at earliest.

oMeeting with the supplier, client, and contractor for timely completion of work.

oInspection of various equipments related to Cold Rolled steel plant.

oPiping route finalization, Bill of Material, Feasibility of piping within the plant.
