QUEST INDUSTRIAL, LLC. Monroe, WI (January 2014 to current) Mechanical Engineer

Design and Engineering of custom automation solutions for various industries such as food production and packaging processes, large scale custom equipment manufacturing, automotive assembly line, and etc.

Mechanical design of customizable robotic/non-robotic automation solutions and equipment consisting of, but not limited to: carton erecting, vision guided pick-and-place material handling system, fully automated robotic palletizing with custom End-Of-Arm-Tooling (EOAT) and various conveyor systems.

Recent designs: Dual-tier pallet transfer Robotic palletizer, 23 CPM Carton Erector and mechanical bag EOAT.

Manage generation and release of detailed 3D assembly models, component and assembly manufacturing drawings and CAD files.

Development of new prototype equipment, review cost effectiveness and engage in hands-on testing.

Project Management: Follow through with equipment production on the assembly floor, coordinate with electrical and programming department; review timelines, planning and deliverables to ensure customers satisfactions.

Facilitated offshore gas and oil production site projects in Gulf of Thailand.

Completed Root Cause Analysis of gas heat exchanger on B8/32 asset offshore process plant.
