Design and Engineering of custom automation solutions for various industries such as food production and packaging processes, large scale custom equipment manufacturing, automotive assembly line, and etc.
Mechanical design of customizable robotic/non-robotic automation solutions and equipment consisting of, but not limited to: carton erecting, vision guided pick-and-place material handling system, fully automated robotic palletizing with custom End-Of-Arm-Tooling (EOAT) and various conveyor systems.
Recent designs: Dual-tier pallet transfer Robotic palletizer, 23 CPM Carton Erector and mechanical bag EOAT.
Manage generation and release of detailed 3D assembly models, component and assembly manufacturing drawings and CAD files.
