Responsible for the investigation and liability determination for new claims as well as existing claims representing an average of 200 bodily injury exposures at any given time.

Analyze medical records and treatment plans including SOAP notes to determine if treatment for injuries incurred due to the accident are reasonable, necessary and related.

Negotiate with attorneys, plaintiffs and other insurance carriers to bring the claim to an amicable resolution reducing the need for costly litigation or further exposure to our insured unless it is absolutely in the best interest of our insured or the company.

Thoroughly investigate all claims, identify the proximate cause of the loss, monitor the bodily injury aspects of the claim and evaluate the claim in its entirety to develop a fair and reasonable value in terms of special and general damages that would be used to settle and resolve the claim.
