Added 22 new locations across the Mid-West to the existing Earthgrains Network when they acquired Metz bakeries a commercial bread and other baked goods supplier

Determined location, number of workstations, switches and cabling requirements for the 22 new locations

1986 -1998

Responsible for troubleshooting and resolving all hardware and operating system issues for the Data General mainframes installed at the credit unions

Territory included all of New York State and Ontario Canada

Responsible for the move/add/changes of the in-house credit union transaction procession and related peripheral equipment

Managed an average of two system implementation projects a month, including installing or upgrading three of the five different credit union transaction processing systems EDS owned at that time
