• Text Analytics Project: Worked on the companies description data scraped from the web, cleaned the data for analysis and applied Natural language Processing techniques on the scraped data and to classify companies based on their description into AON pillars, categories and sub categories using R and Tableau to develop a proprietary AON dashboard which would be used by AON Business units to track the companies.
• Customer Analytics Project: Worked on the project where I analyzed the transaction data of the AON client which is also one of the leading cruise line. The objective of the analysis was to find out the relationship between the given variables and outcome variable and also find pattern from the data which lead to outcome variable. Marketing Analytics for leading Nutrition Supplement Company

Project Details: Designed a Go to Market strategy for nutrition supplement online portal with a goal of increasing online presence and sales.
• The data was collected doing research on competitor market and reading available case studies.
• Accessing the target market (size and potential)

Text Analytics on Fatality and Catastrophe Investigation Summaries

Project Details: Text analytics on the Construction site accident summaries to extract specific information.
• The dataset consisted of the training data where the cause of accident was already defined and the larger set of test data from which cause of accident and other information was to be extracted using text mining.
• Cleaned the given data set and applied Text pre processing on the given text data to prepare it for further analysis.
• Used pre classified investigation reports as training data, performed Machine Learning classification method like Support Vector Machines, Gradient Boosting Models and Naïve Bayes Classifier to detect the cause of accident on test data.
• Used NLP technique like POS tagging and Regex approach to identify the objects in the accident reports, activity which victim was doing and occupation of the victim.
Valuable Customer Prediction for Marketing Campaign and Insight Discovery

Project Details: Data mining project to help a Mail Order company to identify customers who are most likely to respond to its mailing campaign.
• Statistical Analysis of the variables using Chi-Square Test for Categorical variables and t-test for continuous variables.
• Used feature engineering and dimensionality reduction techniques like Correlation Analysis, Principal Component Analysis and Random Forest Imputation to reduce 200 variables to 60 variables.
• Trained different classification models like Decision Tree, Support Vector Machines and Artificial Neural Networks to achieve the satisfactory prediction accuracy.
• Used clustering techniques like K Means to find the neighborhood where almost 90% of population were respondents to the mailing Campaign.
