EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION :

H.S.E from U.P. Board in 2001 with second division.

C.H.S.E U.P. Board in 2003 with first division

B.Sc. from D.D.U. Gorakhpur in 2006 with second division.

Graduate Diploma in chemical Engineering from EIMSR.

Total Experience: 7 Years :

Presently working in Lime Plant Bhushan Steel Ltd. Dhenkanal, (Odisha) as a asst. Engineer to Engineer from Jan 2013 to Till date (4 x 300 TPD, 1x600TPD lime &dolo). Qualical Lime Industries

Worked with Trimula Industries Ltd. Singrauli(M.P) as a traineeto Asst. Engineer from Dec 2009 to Dec 2012.

JOB DESCRIPTION :

Monitoring and setting Operating parameters such as Combustion time, Burning time, inversion time, Cycle time,Skip Feeding, Combustion air and lance cooling air quantity fuel quantity and calorific value of fuel lime stone per cycle and taking necessary action as per requirement of SOP.

Checking load weighing system of lime stone, size of lime stone, source of Lime stone quantity of fuel and taking necessary action as per requirement of quality and production.

Looking of shutdown work and lite up planning towards normalize the plant quality of row materials and final material taking correct action as per SOP.

Monitoring lance & channel cleaning.

Good experience in handling of main power, Housekeeping.

Checking of COG &BFG Leakage in plant by CO detector & air leakage.
