As an internship, I worked at the Cabin, A
Center for Readers and Writers, in Boise,
Idaho.
I published the 2016 edition of the “Ides of
March” booklet. This is an annual
publication from The Cabin that highlights
best practices for starting and running a
book club, as well as a comprehensive list
of book clubs in the Idaho area.
Responsible for using the website
administrative console to update Adult
Writing Workshop announcements.
Utilized the Ovationtix.com ticket
management system to facilitate sales of
event tickets to patrons.
Assisted customers with questions and
concerns regarding the weekly publications,
upcoming events, and general questions about
the Cabin, workshops, and other activities.
Fielded requests from schools for donations.

worked as a team oriented assistant to the
eCommerce Manager. This position entailed
memorization of store numbers and
corresponding item codes, researching
merchandise values using various tools,
shipping products, and meeting deadlines.
This assignment also provided exposure to
inventory management as it pertains to a
warehouse setting.
