Disassembles repairs and reassembles components/parts to ensure proper alignment balance and tolerance.
Field maintenance tasks including equipment troubleshooting,instalattion/removal and repair.
Monitor and inspect equipment,computer terminals,switches,valves,gauges alarms,safety device and meter to detect leaks or mulfunctions and to ensure equipment is operating efficiently and safely.

Observe rotary kiln furnace abnormal behavior.
Migration(base on slip)when kiln rotate and take temperature of kiln.After collected all data have to analyzed and report to customer.
Plan for monthly schedule of maintenance for all customer and make sure all equipments and tools are always ready to be use.
Work closely with customer to get feedback from customer,act immediately when recived any complaining from customer and find the solution of the problem
Handle stock material at the plants,contact person incharge to replenish stock when level going low.
Visually inspect air filters for damage or excessive dirt builds up.
Car Plant.
Check hanger/conveyer motor bearings condition ( re-grease as necessary), check pulleys and shafts for excessive lateral motion. If found, replace bearing. Clean bearings of excessive grease with a clean dry rag.
Check pulleys for wear and replace as needed.
Clean and lubricate hanger/conveyer.
