Roles and Responsibilities:
Planning and prepare correspondences for positioning and installing the heavy machineries like escalator(Kone, Mitsubishi Electric, Fujitec) and chillers, cooling towers, AHU s etc.,
Receiving the materials from supplier s side and making arrangements to install the materials.
Following daily activity of my team members on site and conducting Tool box meeting for safe work.
Review contract documents and administer all issues related to the project and perform site coordination and activities with the main contractors, project engineers.
Identify and ensure skills to provide training needs of assigned manpower are aligned to the specific project.
Supervise site installation and un-installation progress and monitor the safety and quality procedure.

Updating the provisioning & Billing Discrepancy complaints which receiving the mail from circle regarding the approval mail by using oracle developed ICRM TOOL.
Analyzing the escalated cases from circle team and validating their request of the resolution made.
Daily data collation, Reporting reopen analysis, Rejection data, Repeat complaints analysis report, Adjustment analysis reports are share to the process manager.
Reporting RCA by daily, weekly and monthly basis to every circle in INDIA.
