Details: Emerson Service App is Client based service app project. This app is designed for to raise the complaint if any issue occurs in the UPS. By scanning barcode on the UPS to raise the complaint using “Raise Ticket” option and send to the customer care (server). Then customer care assigns an engineer, after that engineer will resolve that issues which occur in UPS. Any user assigns issue he will get the ticket and the status of ticket shown in “Track Ticket” option. I.e. open, close, assign, WIP. This app is also works in online and offline.

Details: Gramlekha is specially designed and developed for grampanchayat of entire pune. This is a one type of calculator by using we can calculate complete tax for Tower, Land and Home. It is a standalone application also it contains master for the same. So that user needs to fills that information only once. Also he/she will able to change it. This app is organized and inorgrated by CEO of pune division within 2 days.
