Managed projects from start to finish for NALA region for Deployments, Load Tests and Upgrades.

Introduced Project Processes and Methodologies in Cyara

Managed all facets of project from planning, scheduling, execution, tracking, budget, issues to closing.

Performed analysis of SOW and CRs and then conduct Internal and Client Project Kick-offs.

Change & Release Management / TDM T-Mobile Bothell, WA Sept 2013 – May 2015

As part of Change Management Team, reviewed and approved RFCs (Request for Change) to ensure SOX compliance, processes and documentation were followed before implementation.

Facilitated and ran Daily and Release CAB meetings with Senior Management before deployment.

Worked closely with Release Delivery and Release Management teams to deploy applications.
