Role & Responsibilities :

• Co-ordinate with the Merchandisers regarding sample/commercial shipment or any other queries related to diamond quality.

• Update the order status on daily basis with price point.

• Co-ordinate with the production team if there is any problem in the piece.

• Co-ordinate with the EDP department and Diamond department for updating new codes and diamond rates.

• Keep effective communication with Sales & Marketing team regarding production planning & control.

• To communicate with Production Manager for Production planning & scheduling the customer orders.

• Work with management and staff to set production goals.

• Work out the most efficient methods of production.

• Direct the activities of production staff.

• Write report on production results and audit production systems.

• Oversee safety standards in the factory.

• May plan and develop new products and production processes.
