Over twenty years of professional transportation engineering, traffic engineering, transportation planning, transit planning and operations experience, providing project Management for transportation, energy and other infrastructure capital improvement programs. I also served as Chief Administrative Officer for the Califco Group, LLC and Managing Director for Power and Infrastructure Development for the OJI Califco Joint Venture, while providing services for the planning, funding, Engineering, Procurement, Construction (EPC) and commissioning of strategic energy infrastructure development in the United States and Africa.

I served as a Project Management Consultant for Bureau Veritas N.A., Inc., on retainer with the Program Development Division of the County of Los Angeles, Department of Public Works. As a Principal Transportation Engineering and Planning Consultant with OJI International Consultants, I provided consultant services to public agencies and development community for transportation planning, traffic engineering, project management for transportation capital improvement projects. I also served as a Contract Director of Planning for Riverside Transit Agency with responsibility for transit planning and coordination with county, regional, state and federal transportation agencies on capital programs. In the above capacity, I assisted the RTA in capital improvement programming, updates of RTIP/STIP/FTIP and grant funding packaging for capital improvement program projects.

As Director of Municipal Services for the City of Compton, I managed six divisions, including, the Public Works/Engineering Division, Transportation and Capital Improvement Program Divisions. I managed staff with responsibility for the planning, design, project management, construction and maintenance of city infrastructure improvements. I assisted the City of Compton in securing over Forty-Four Million Dollars in grants for Transportation Capital Improvement Projects.
