1999 – 2005 S enior Principal Software Engineer Symantec Corporation
● Was part of the team chosen to take over and run the Storage Exec acquisition. This included interaction with product management and sales to define the specifications for the next release. I was also put in charge of integrating this newly acquired company’s source control, defect tracking, builds, install, and software engineering best practices to the Veritas methodology.
● Contributed to project planning by analyzing time and resource needs for assignments, monitoring progress of projects and reporting status to project managers. Worked closely with product management and test teams during entire project life span.
