Summary of qualifications

Am currently employed working for Xcel Energy as a Planning Engineer/Consultant for Smart Grid Technologies. Have worked for Rivada Networks as a Senior RF to TCP/IP Network Engineer. Worked with service providers to order MPLS backhauling for Motorola Radio Networks. Worked at Serco as a TCP/IP Network Engineer designing LAN, MAN, and WAN networks using Cisco layer 2 and Layer 3 switching, router and medium converters. Have designed and deployed networks using (VPN, VLAN, 802.1q) and (Spanning Tree, OSPF, EIGRP, BGP). During deployment I configured Cisco routers using Command Line Interface commands. Experienced in writing/administering ACL (Access Control lists) and firewall policies. Able to work independently and handle multiple projects/sites at one time in various stages of the SDLC (System Development Life Cycle). Knowledgeable of X.25 to IP.
