Inventory Manager, WIS International
As an Inventory Manager I was responsible for inventories and instructed employees when we came into a location to provide our customer with an excellent, accurate and efficient inventory. Provided an on-hand count of what the customer had in their store at that time. Worked with customers to make any adjustments, recounts, reconciliations to their inventory. Trained new employees on the fundamentals of our counting procedures and coached seasoned employees to become more efficient and accurate. Trained Inventory Supervisors to run customer specific inventories. Instrumental in developing their skills to be self-sufficient and problem solvers. I was the intermediary between the counters and the customer. Maintained an open dialogue with the customer and worked with the counters to make sure the job was being done to the best of our ability. Managed the day-to-day office work that needed to be handled, inventory schedules, tracking equipment, supply orders, and expenses. Was a point of contact for employees when they had questions or concerns about their schedule or payroll.
