Restaurant Server/Manager: 1997-2004

Waiting tables and managing staff in several high-profile restaurants serving global visitors, including P.F. Chang’s in Los Angeles, California; Uncle Julio’s in Dallas, Texas; and Kasra Restaurant in San Francisco, California.
