Description: Established a central database that combines reliability data from GE and their vendors and customers. The database correlated data from all three sources. The central database is used to Pareto the results of the field failures to allow the teams to develop continuous improvement projects.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Quality Analyst for the largest P & L in the Digital Solutions Business supporting $250M in sales with over 300 employees

Provided analysis to the Quality leader that identified $85K of continuous improvement projects with $40K realized in 2016. Reduced the failure rate for high volume part from 0.89% to 0.61%

Partnered with Quality Leader to establish predictive failure analysis (Weibull and Crow AMSAA) which provided failure predictions instrumental in winning 2 customer service contracts of $24M and $11.4M

Provided monthly analysis and provided input for the Failure Review Board that enabled the cross-functional team to expedite approval of continuous improvement projects

Supported Quality Leader to establish Quality Dashboard to Senior Management resulting in faster identification of issues and assignment of resources
