2001 – 2004 Network Operations Center
Configured Cisco routers and switches remotely in stores and clubs
Supported Satellite communications in stores, clubs and distribution centers
Monitored frame relay circuits and escalated to local LECs and AT&T, MCI, Equant and International exchange carriers as required
Escalated impacting issues to all levels of management and international contacts as needed
Validated MAC addresses for installation vendors for POS and NON-POS rollouts and helped troubleshoot connectivity issues
2004 – 2006 Network Engineering Store Team
Configured Frame Relay interface information on Cisco routers
Brought Frame Relay circuits online, worked with telco carriers to disconnect Frame Relay circuits as needed
Supported all store and club network issues, including all POS and NON-POS issues, validated and troubleshot VLAN issues
2006-2007 Rollout Team Project Analyst
Worked with vendors to install various equipment in stores, clubs and distribution centers
Wrote SOWs for multiple projects, such as network and cabling installations of Special Projects, McDonald’s, Subway, and other onsite vendor telecom and network needs
Developed ready-made equipment racks for all new store installations, this project required in depth research and collaboration with multiple vendors, departments and divisions to implement. This project is still in use and had an ROI at the time of approximately 2 million dollars per year.
2007 – 2010 FAST Team, (Structured Cabling and Support)
Project Manager implementing structured cabling solutions for Home Office Projects, including an 8 million dollar data center structured cabling build, my team installed all fiber optic and copper cabling for data, voice and security needs
After the data center was complete I was promoted to the Regional Manager for the Home Office, Arkansas, Missouri, Oklahoma, Mississippi, Louisiana and Texas Structured Cabling teams.
Developed a warehouse with a full time parts manager to ensure cabling inventory was managed properly and cabling and parts were available for 30 Home Office Technicians to support all Bentonville and surrounding area Wal-Mart building and remodel projects.
The ROI for first year on the warehouse was approximately 1 million dollars in material and hourly rate costs.

Built and maintained DNS and DHCP servers for all Wal-Mart Network
