● Worked as tutor and resident in the department of Pathology for a period of three years from 2014 to 2017.

● Undertook various practical and teaching session for undergraduates for period of three year from 2014 to 2017.

● Completed one week course on Research methodology at KIMS, Karad in 2014.

Haematology/ Clinical Pathology:

● Well versed with daily section work and maintenance of hematology/clinical pathology section and quality control.

● Formulation of SOPs for various procedures such as semen analysis, G6PD,urine analysis etc.

● Worked with automated 3 part and 5 part differential Sysmex analyzers, Stago Coagulometer and regular quality control and maintenance of the same.

● Routine reporting in clinical pathology viz Urine routine, microscopy, Bence Jones Proteins, Semen analysis, G6PD, Osmotic fragility test, Coagulation studies and various other clinical tests as required by the respective clinical departments.

● Bone marrow aspiration and biopsy procedure and reporting.

● Diagnosis of various deficiency anaemia’s, acute and chronic leukemias on light microscopy, serology and bone marrow studies.

● Well versed with knowledge of flow cytometry, CD markers studies, reporting of Haemorrhagic disorders, Thalassemia and platelet disorders.

● Plasma cell dyscrasias diagnosis on bone marrow studies, marker studies and serology.

Histopathology:

● Work includes reporting sessions of histopathology slides and cases.

● Inter and intra departmental participation in case discussions of dubious/ difficult cases.

● Participation in institution tumour board discussions.

● Consultation on IHC panel selection for cases which require so.

● Daily management of histopathology section and maintenance of reagents and material required for smooth operation.

● Formulations of SOPs and guidelines for grossing and processing.

● Participation in Internal and External Quality control Programmes. Active participant in research work with numerous publications till date. IHC:

● Observed and participated in reporting of ER, PR, HER2/neu markers of breast carcinoma.

Cytology:

● Performed numerous Fine needle aspirations on various organs and sites.

● Performed USG and CT guided FNACs.

● Daily reporting sessions of FNACs, Cervical PAP smears, various body fluids for malignant cells, Barr body examination, etc.

Clinical Biochemistry:

● Well versed with routine serological, immunological (CLIA) based and other tests.

● Knowledge and implementation execution of Internal Quality control and External Quality Control.
