WORK EXPERIENCE
Process Engineer
AMCS Corporation - September 2016 to Present
•Perform complex calculations required for the plant design (ex. Mass and Energy balance, power consumption, Distillation column trays, Main heat exchanger calculations, compressors and pumps pressures and temperatures, Tank volume, safety valves requirements)
•Create and modify PFDs, and P&IDs for several projects and proposals including air separation units and LPG recovery units.
•Experience with simulations, equipment sizing, and safety valve relief loads via Aspen HYSYS and Honeywell UniSim.
•Experience with FDA process validation, cGMP implementation, and safety assurance.
•Technical writing of Quality Project Assurance Manual (PAM), Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), and equipment component specifications.
•Develop, write, and execute validation protocols (IQ/OQ/PQ); test scripts and specifications for equipment, systems, products and processes--including required annual re-qualifications and writing validation plans and final validation reports.
•Work as a Procurement engineer by overseeing the purchasing of equipment's, valves, pipes, transmitters and services for Projects. Evaluating suppliers and negotiate purchase agreements and payment plans as well as maintain an inventory of spare parts.
Plant Manager Assistant/Supervisor

•Supervise a team of operators during the daily monitoring and operation of the plant, gas product pipeline, and filling trailers with cryogenic liquids that is sold as product.
•Ensure that Operators, vendors, contractors and assets within the plant are managed safely and effectively in compliance with regulations and standards.
•Interview operators to hire and train them to operate the plant efficiently and safely by OSHA and EPA standards.
•Plant Operation during emergencies (i.e. sudden shutdown and equipment malfunction) and when needed.
•Work alongside the project manager on arranging the site visits of vendors and contractors for construction and maintenance purposes.

•Ensure plant is operated and maintained to achieve contractual product supply reliability in compliance with the contract requirements
