Achievements:

Independently prepared the IT department's organizational chart and the IT department's staff job description and responsibilities also I've recruited, trained, evaluated the IT department's staff, as well as recommending merit and salaries.

Designed and established the company's IT network infrastructure ahead of schedule and under budget.

Derived the IT vision and mission from the company vision and objectives in a manner that makes the IT's capabilities responsive to the needs of the company's growth and objectives.

Independently developed and implemented the IT security policy, procedures and standards which provided a better quality for the IT network facilities, reliable and affordable.
