Directed and delivered the Fixed-Mobile convergence project on behalf of the customer due to the complexity and the E2E Turnkey responsibility. Ran a global team of 20 cross functional professionals in a matrix organization while deliberating, assimilating and endorsing the solution with the other vendors’ product in an IMS network.
