Design and Estimation Engineer:

Worked as Design and Estimation Engineer for the ELV systems. Designing of the Fire Alarm System, Emergency and Exit Light Systems, Building Management System, CCTV as per the Dubai Civil Defense rules and regulations and providing a reasonable quotes for the enquiries received by the sales team, customers and clients, along with maintaining good relationships with the clients. Creating and maintaining the Enquiry and Quotation Logs and updating the same every week for easy access and tracking the sent quotations and received enquires on daily basis.

Projects Engineer:

AL JALILA CHILDREN’s SPECIALITY HOSPITAL (DHA) Dubai.

The project included the commissioning for the Honeywell SYLKBUS VAV Controllers, which had several steps like pre-commissioning, programming in the software (COACH.AX), downloading the programs for the controllers and calibrating the VAV’s as final commissioning for 1400VAV’s and getting the approvals from the consultants after the inspections. Coordinating the works onsite and attending the meetings on the status of commissioning with the Contractors and the Consultants.

ZAYED UNIVERSITY, DUBAI.

Client: Dubai Municipality

Consultant: Dalmock.

The project is of Testing and Commissioning of Johnson Controls VAV Controllers. Precommissioning of the controllers, programming the controllers and downloading the programs for the controllers along with the supervision of Installation of Fire Alarm system. Attending the Meetings with the consultants and co-ordinating and scheduling the works.

Programmed the complete Fire Alarm System and Voice Evacuation System for the Building, Interfacing for other systems like AC system, Fire Fighting Systems, Sliding Doors, Lifts etc. Performed Testing and commissioning of the system.
