Non-Technical Experience: My experience in “User” support is very extensive. Customer service was a high priority years ago and it is even more important today. There are many types of users from lawyers, to doctors, to secretaries, to executives and keeping them informed and happy are just as important as fixing each of their computers. I’ve also had a great deal of experience in both a team orientated environment, and independent environments. This has involved taking care of multiple projects either independently or with a team at once. This also includes management of IT depts that include hire/manage technicians, project management, equipment and software purchases working with yearly budgets, and overseeing helpdesk and support.
