Provided architectural direction on one of the world’s largest and most complex PeopleSoft CRM implementations. Instrumental in bringing new technologies as SOA, Web Services, and Data Services in support of future CRM projects.
Technical Lead for Implementing (architected and coded) a national platform solution (PeopleSoft CRM) for DSL that replaced several regional ordering systems thereby reducing maintenance and resource needs by 40%. This was the world’s largest CRM implementations at the time:

o~180,000 Daily orders processed
o~9 Million Customers supported on the system
Worked on algorithms to encrypt PCI data and ensure its confidentiality
Implemented Speed Tiers & Elemental Billing for the DSL products
Enhanced and maintained a reporting system using CGI/Perl, JavaScript, & HTML
Built a new trouble ticketing system for wholesale DSL customers that enabled support organizations to initiate, track, and resolve/close user requests for support
Used Pentaho/Spoon to extract critical data from Oracle and load it into a MySQL database

Wrote PL-SQL scripts to delete ~500M rows of redundant data from the Oracle database thereby freeing up valuable space.
