Duties included rotating 1 week on the telephone at the Trend office in Eastlake, Ohio and 2 weeks in Brecksville, Ohio doing strict desktop.

When in Brecksville, supported all Dell Latitude Laptops, and Dell Desktops, IBM ThinkPad 600’s, 600e’s, 570’s, T20’s, and 300GL Workstations, (some Compaq Prolinea’s, Toshiba Tecra’s, and Dell Latitude’s as well). Set up Litepro’s for overhead presentations via a PC and also the proper setup of Palm Pilot PDA’s. Daily activities included proper troubleshooting and resolving problems with computer hardware/software.
