I have been the with City of Cape Town for the past 7 years where it was my privilege to hire and work with Miss Hannelie Baard.
I originally hired Hannelie 4 years ago to work on our EPWP project as a team leader. It became evident very quickly that she was overqualified for this job and she was quickly promoted to oversee about 25 staff members in a more senior role than a team leader. Her duties included writing reports, doing time and attendance, having one on one or toolbox meetings with the team.
Unfortunately, our project ended end of 2014 but in 2017 when the opportunity arises for the EPWP project to start I had no hesitation to contact her and offer her the job as foreman to the project.
Unfortunately, the project only lasts for 6 months and we are very sad to see her go. I have always found her to be an honest, hardworking, intelligent and trustworthy individual. I highly recommend, without reservation that you seriously consider Hannelie for any open positions within your company.
