Objective
My education and experiences as a nurse has prepared me for the autonomous nursing practice to holistically and effectively assess, evaluate, diagnose, treat and follow up. My training has directed me to deliver a variety of health care services including: health promotion, disease prevention, and disease management with skills to differentiate between normal, deviations of normal and abnormal findings. I am enthusiastic about beginning my journey as a Family Nurse Practitioner.
Experience
Winnie Palmer Hospital Oct 2012-present
Primary registered nurse assigned to care for 4-5 patients each shift. Responsible for the delivery and documentation of care in a medical surgical and progressive care environment. Population of patients included management of post-operative patients, antepartum women; post partum women with complications, delivery of fetal demises, gynecology oncology patients that were affected by harsh chemotherapy agents.
