Quality control final inspector

Glenair Incorporated - Glendale, CA - May 2006 to Present Inspector for a manufacturing company that makes adapters, cables, assembly cables, fiber optic parts, braided wires & etc. for the U.S. military, U.S.military contractors and private companies the scope of which entails but not limited to the following:

1.) Doing visual and mechanical inspections of those products. 2.) Ground testing them to make sure they are working properly and in accordance to specifications. 3.) Test them for reliability and durability.

4.) Checking their documentation for correctness in accordance to the 'Bill of Materials' that accompany each product.

Warehouse clerk

Interparts industries Inc - Downey, CA - January 1999 to December 2005 The scope of my responsibilities include but not limited to: 1.) Inventory, sorting out and attachment of proper labels to incoming parts. Use of desktop computer through computer programs to update and enter the incoming parts in the database of our inventory with the location of each part delineated precisely so that they can be efficiently located in the warehouse. 2.) Proper organization of those incoming inventory by placing them correctly in their respective receptacles/ bins according to the location indicated in the computer database so that they can be promptly located. 3.) Proper handling, packaging and shipping of outgoing parts; preparation of documentation, receipts and/or invoice of those products; notification of courier companies, e.g., FedEx, UPS, DHL, USPS & etc., so that they can be picked up; and printing of shipping labels. From the preparation of the documents to the notification of the couriers and printing of shipping labels, they are done through computer programs via a desktop computer so that parts and products ordered by our clientele can be shipped out properly and expeditiously. 4.) Forklift operator
