Wayblock rough alignment on stone.

Carriage alignment.

Crossslide and Turret alignment.

Ball Screw alignment.

Laser Alignments

a) To check straightness of way block.

b) To check repeatability of Carriage and cross slide Movement.

c) To check position Accuracy of Carriage and Cross Slide.

d) To minimize backlash of Ball Screw.

e) To minimize pitch error of Ball screw.

To operate the machine regularly to find any problems occurring before delivery and pre delivery inspection
