Roles held include Core Banking Project Manager and Senior Solution Consultant in Global Banking Services Practice and Software Sales. Is currently responsible for responsible for assisting IBM’s largest banking customers create solutions to their business problems using IBM and IBM business partner offerings

Spearheaded large and diverse teams of business and technical resources for a world-wide banking development team; 50 FTEs $5M Budget

Established successful business relationships with Chase Home Funding, Citibank, HSBC, BofA and Wells Fargo. Relationships supported over $150M in IBM SW/Services Sales over 8 yrs.

Enhanced client satisfaction through formulation, development, implementation, and delivery of application, technical, and business solutions. As a PMO lead prepared all resources for multiple projects, created required reports, planed all projects according to required timeframes and in compliance with project policy documents. efforts resulted in 3 successfully deployed projects in 18 months meeting executive expectations and budget requirements.
