WORK EXPERIENCE:

Working as Shift In charge and, can manage individually all types of manufacturing cell with factors like planning of manpower, quality, production & shifts.

Taking projects on Rejection control & Elimination of wastages.

Initiating of Corrective and preventive actions.

To co-ordinate with suppliers.

To practice TQM concepts like KAIZEN, Quality Circles, 5s etc.

Preparing Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)
