PLUMBER
Duty & Responsibilities:-
Assembles, installs, and repairs pipes, fittings, and fixtures of heating, water, and drainage systems in support of plant construction and maintenance activities
Develops the Preventive Maintenance (PM) inspection schedule for all plumbing equipment, plumbing systems, plumbing piping, infrastructure drainage systems to include all potable water, non-potable water production, storage, and distribution systems and components. Includes, as a minimum, septic systems and leach fields, where applicable.
Manages Records of materials and supplies received, used and held in stock
Performs scheduled and unscheduled inspection of facilities maintenance plumbing work. and ensures work is completed on time, staffed properly and the quality of work meets approved standards
Schedules and implements individualized on the job training programs for subordinates
Schedules the plumbing work force for all PM, Scheduled, Unscheduled, and Minor Construction work/service orders.
Provides Safety Training to Plumbing Crews
Responsible for the correct and efficient execution of assigned work project involving the installation, removal, maintenance and repair of all plumbing equipment, and plumbing systems.
Ensures all permits are obtained for projects requiring dig permits, confined space entry, etc.
Completes daily activity reports for all plumbing activity and work.
Coordinates the plumbing work schedule with work schedules of other trades supervisors.
Instill within the assigned employees the cooperative attitude necessary for working closely with other maintenance trades workers

Apply weatherproof, decorative coverings to exterior surfaces of buildings, like by toweling or spraying on coats of stucco
Install guide wires on exterior surfaces of buildings to indicate thickness of plaster or stucco nail wire mesh, lath, or similar materials to the outside surface to hold stucco in place
Spray acoustic materials or texture finish over walls or ceilings
