Work History

11/14-11/15-Account Manager, Callpass Tech

I managed the Sales Representative's accounts. I provided one on one customer service to their existing clients, as well as technical support, placing orders and anything else that the customers needed. I assisted the customers in multiple ways including providing all around care to customers, even after hours. Also, I ran Inventory reports to ensure orders were placed when Inventory became low. I assisted with walking our customers through a demo of our website as well as providing technical problemsolving and support skills to customers to keep them satisfied.

12/13-08/14- Advanced Scheduler, Conifer Health Solutions Inc. I handled incoming calls from patient’s to schedule Genetic Counseling as required by many insurance companies. I advised them on what Genetic Counseling entailed as well as costs and details about the appointment, as well as helping them to understand the requirements of their individual Insurance Company. I handled incoming referral from Doctors and hospitals as well as Test Request Forms in order to register the patient’s information into our system accurately. I worked with Microsoft Word and Excel on a daily basis as well as running and working with many different programs and applications running at once. We were required to Remote in to our Client’s Network to access their systems as well as our own. I assisted with online registration as well as handling emails to and from patients with questions or concerns. My position required extensive Customer Service skills as well as a compassionate, caring demeanor toward our patients who are suffering from many different ailments such as Cancer, Neurological, Reproductive or Cardiac Disorders. My position required a considerable amount of multi-tasking and attention to detail in compliance with HIPPA laws. I also made outbound calls to patients and their Doctors to get the proper documentation or authorization needed for their specific insurance and appointment. 08/12- Centralized Customer Service Representative, Lincare I handled incoming and outgoing calls to resolve patient’s account inquiries and billing issues. I also worked one on one with Doctors offices to obtain prescriptions for oxygen, cpap, bipap and other DME items, as well as to obtain oxygen SAT testing and results in assuring all prescriptions obtained back from the Doctors were completed correctly to comply with all Medicare guidelines. I specialized in obtaining authorizations from many different insurance companies for our patients, as well as dealing directly with patients to schedule their appointments needed for their prescriptions or recertifications. Furthermore, I handled “Held Sales”, which entailed researching to figure out why we are not getting paid on these accounts and figure out what needs to be done to resolve these issues so that we may begin receiving payment again.

04/10-06/12 Scheduling Manager/Staffing Coordinator, Advantage Home Assisted Care Inc. I handled all of the scheduling for new employees and existing employees. I scheduled emergency time off and time off for vacations for all of the staff to ensure that no clients had a lapse in services, I maintained proper coverage at all times. I also handled case management for our clients which included but was not limited to dealing with support coordinators on our client’s behalf, working with parents/guardians regarding receiving proper documentation of their school and or work schedules for compliance with Medicaid guidelines. I processed requests to EQ for our clients, and dealt directly with EQ regarding case issues and questions to get our client’s requested hours approved. In addition I answered all of the after hours and emergency calls that came in regarding any scheduling issues or emergencies. I also followed up on any new leads regarding people looking for Home healthcare services, I would set up care and would find the right caregiver to best suit their individual needs. 03/09–04/10 Home Health Care-giver, Sunshine Assistance For The Elderly I provided one on one care for the elderly. I maintain a daily log, and accompany the client to Doctors appointments, social activities, errands, shopping etc. I provide companionship, and do light housekeeping. I also train new staff members. 05/08–Current Independent Sales Representative, AVON I have established and am operating my own AVON business. I generate new customers through direct sales, online sales, parties, networking, and referrals. I advise clients on the products that would be most beneficial to them. I also recruit and train new AVON Representatives.

09/08 – 03/09 Customer Service Representative, A1 Temps I handled inbound and outbound calls to assist customers in placing orders, checked the account status or verifying account information. I exceeded the sales goals through advanced product knowledge and listening to my customers needs. 12/07 - 09/08 Sales Representative, Consumer Sales Solutions I achieved sales goals through outbound sales calls to residents offering to convert them to a lower electric or gas rate. I also completed referral sales, as well as, other leads. I also assisted in training new employees.

01/04 - 12/07 Customer Service Supervisor, Ross Dress For Less I supervised the Customer Service desk, assisted customers and staff members with returns, exchanges, and sales transactions. I was responsible for counting the drawers and locking them in the safe along with closing and locking the store after closing. I also trained new customer service and sales associates.
