Job Responsibilities

Coordinating with Pile Marking and Pile Foundation reference point with Total Station.

Installation of all Pile foundation work according to drawing.

Testing the CUBE of Mix Design of Concrete.

Check the Orientation of Transformer Foundation and Control Room.

Monitoring the Module Mounting Structure with torque testing marking.

Prepare and Implementation all quality Check list.

Inspection the all Material for Solar Installation

To check the entire work as according to approved drawings.

Marking Electrical DC cable layout and trench excavation.

Alignment and erection of module according to Drawing

Testing the all DC Polarities System in String Combiner Box

Monitoring the all cable Laying i.e. String wiring, HT Cable, DC Cable, Auxiliary cable and control cables

Monitoring the DC & AC Cable Termination of Inverter and trasformer

Testing the all DC Polarities System in String Combiner Box.

Testing the all dc cable status using mugger

Testing and eraction of all type accessories and cables in inverter room

Such as LT box,all types of DB Boxes,Tranformers(11kv,22kv,33kv,)and inverters

Testing an laying doing HIGH TENSTION Cable in Plant to pulling station or substation

Check the all equipment areearthingand also chekingall earth bits and equipment’s are connected grid using drawing .

And do that properly earthing for mms and scb box. And that checking all mms and scbbox connections.

Installation of 33KV/22KV/11KV panel boards and Ring Main Units.

Vacuum and air circuit breakers installation

Installation of transformers132kv/11kv,132kv/33kv,33kv/415v,11kv/415v

Installation of isolators andcircuit brakers, current transformer’s potential transformer,waptrap and sf6 brakers using as per drawings in switchyard.

Instalation of surge arrester and,RTC,CRB PLC PANELS,ACDB, DCDB.
