Responsible for leading projects and performance of lead role in developing prototype and industrialized equipment, processes, validations and documentation that support the Project Leadership Team (R&D) for development of new photochromic coatings, protective coatings and hard coat coatings. Perform and manage hands-on design of new equipment and processes, including creation and validation of performance and functional specifications, developing concepts, managing and actively participating in design reviews, building, evaluating and validating prototype equipment and processes. Coordinating design work done by outside resources (such as engineering firms, system integrators, and machine builders).
