Project Description:

The Process mainly deals with the fault management for core network elements for Vodafone Australia. The team provides support on below 5 areas like CS, PS, IP, VAS, IREG.

The team works on various fault types or Health check-up and Graph check on daily basis. The team should download the reports generated by different domains and should check with the previous day reports. Any deviations observed by the team should correct the information as per the guidelines given by different domains like CS,PS,IS,VAS. Once the Health Check-up and Graph check activities has been completed team should update the summary sheet and should inform the respective team through mails.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Project Description:

AUSTRALIA customers fill up an online form which triggers an email to Vodafone Mail Messaging System in a specified format, which in turn is stored into Blue Prism as a collection. The respective Customers Telephone Number (CTN) goes through number of checks on CTI and Billing System prior so as to process the requests. The valid cases are processed in the Billing System post charging the customer and responded back in the Mail Messaging system.

Involved in gathering requirements and preparing document for collected information.
