WHY AM I IDEAL FOR THIS POSITION
As workshop manager we used to receive plus or minus 10 scales in for service a day so in each and every scale customer wants unrepaired I had to sell new scale to him. My target was R100 000 per month. It was not difficult to achieve my target as I used to receive more than twenty technical calls a day. I use to assist clients on walking to view on which scale they need to buy if the not sure, giving them the quote they need and send the quote via emails. I assist customers over the phone if they not sure how scales and balances works . I train dealers twice a yearly. Sales team refer calls to me if they not sure what customer wants to be sure that they sell correct scales or balances to the customers. I assist technicians to any difficulties they come across while repairing or servicing the scales. I make sure that scales and balances are checked in time to avoid customers and couriers waiting.

We used to receive shipments every six weeks so I made sure that I booked in shipment within 48 hours and get back orders ready as soon as possible to keep customers happy. My technical skill taught me to be calm all the time even if the customer is incorrect.
