UNC Chapel Hill, Office of University Development- Technology Support Analyst- June 2015 –current

Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, tablets, printers, scanners, and software which includes the ordering, installation, and administration of these systems in 6 different office locations for over 150 employees

Train and manage work-study interns

Provide A/V support for departmental meetings and GoToMeeting/GoToWebinar conferences

Oversee System Center Configuration Manager, backing up with crash plan/code42, encryption via PGP for laptops, and bit- locker management for MS Surface Pro machines

Maintain static IP addressing and DHCP registrations as well as troubleshoot existing Ethernet and wireless networks if problems arise with campus networking
